This is the first in a series of self-portraits that intend to create a strong narrative around the spiritual nature of my body art. My tattoos have always been my way of communicating to the world a small window into who I am. They are all symbolic of my connection to the spirit world, a higher self, and the path of self-inquiry. A creative force in many of the world's mythologies, the rabbit tattoo featured in this piece relates to my insatiable and foundational drive to create.
